Assign Messages to an Offer Campaign
The Messages tab of the Offer Campaign Details screen is used to assign one or more Messages to this Campaign. You can either assign an existing Message, or create a new Message directly from the Messages tab.
Note: This feature is intended only for clients using Loyalty's legacy email platform.
To assign a Message to an Offer Campaign:

Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Campaigns > Campaigns from the side navigation menu. The Offer Campaigns screen is displayed.

Search for and select the desired Offer Campaign (see Search for an Offer Campaign for more information on the available search options). The Offer Campaign Details screen is displayed, with the Objective tab selected by default.

Select the Messages tab.

Click Add Messages, then select an option:

To create a new Message, enter its display name, select a marketing channel, and click Create.

To use an existing Message, click Choose from Existing Messages. The Add <Offer Campaign Name> Messages pop-up window is displayed. Select one or more Messages, then click Add Selected. When finished, click Close.

Optionally, to remove a Message, click the Delete icon within the Remove column of the desired Message. Or, to remove all Messages from this Campaign, click Remove All.

Optionally, click the Message name to navigate to the Message Details screen.
